I have used evergreen Auto Transport fot he past three years because I always have much success with them. The customer service team is superior to any car transport service I have ever used (and I have used many). The send you frequent e-mails fo the progress with the number to call back if you have any questions. they also provide you with the drivers name and number should you prefer to speak to the driver directly. You get multiple reminders of the progress so you are always ready when the vehicle arrives. If it wasn't for my service representative Lori, I would have forgotten to have a cashier's check ready for the driver... she kindly reminded me two times. She was a wonderful representative to work with and I was lucky to have her working with me. I will definitely use Evergreen auto transport again in the near future. I am the type of customer who ships one car twice a year from the New York to Florida at the start of the summer and return it at the start of the cold weather, fall / winter. I have never had an issue with my car...it arrives just how I left it, in perfect condition with nothing missing ever. I would recommend Evergreen Auto transport for anyone, from a first time shipper to an expert. The service reps will walk you thorugh the process and make it very easy to get your vehiclke where is needs to go. good luck with your shipping, actaully too much luck isn't needed...if you use Evergreen Auto Transport. - John W.
