Laurie was very helpful and responsible and without her help I would be very angry. She kept me advised of my delivery and always answered when called. The cacrrier arrived on time to pick up my car but for some reason didn't leave LA for five days after pick up. I now have my vehicle and will consider using Evergreen again because of her.
