Hi Ryan,
We are sorry. Blizzards in the midwest delayed us the first time and we can get it picked up, but not delivered until after Christmas. Many drivers take Christmas off to be with their families. We have no cancellation fees or penalties as always and you will recieve a 100% refund. We are not perfect. Our outstanding record speaks for itself.
