Lorri was very patient with me on the phone when I asked her about the rate and how long would it be to deliver. She gave me a very precised information and she introduce to me about discount packaged, and a lot of option such as go online filled out the rebate form. I am very satisfied with her customer service. Every time I have question or concern about my car being ship to Wisconsin, I always called her and she answer my question very well. To me I think Lorri was a good listener, she take the time to identify customer needs by asking questions and concentrating on what the customer is really saying. Especially, my accent is very hard to understand but she helped me through the process.

One of the most thing that I like about Lorri was she make me feel comfortable and important, she always called me by name, it really creates good feeling and trust with her. That's why I like to do business with Evergreen Auto shipping. Least but not last, overall I think Lorri was the best customer service I ever see before, she listen well, answer right to my question and very helpful information that she provided to me. I am really appreciated her helped.
