Lorrie was excellent with keeping in contact and ensuring a smooth transition for our car. The service was very prompt and professional and she was especially re-assuring and efficient with a sense of humor to boot! The car however came soaked fuel with a lame excuse? That was the driver and not Lorri. I would use them again and recommend them.
