This was only the second time we have dealt with a transport company regarding delivery of a vehicle purchased out of state. We had a great experience dealing with Evergreen Auto. All the staff was exceptional with customer service, timely phone calls, emails, and percise information regarding our transaction. We were given a quote within minutes of our first contact with them and that price didn't change once the transaction was completed. Lori went out of her way to keep us informed each step of the way by phone and email on what was happening with our truck. We were thrilled that they were able to find a driver to deliver my son's first pickup truck by Christmas!! He was so excited to see the transport truck pull in and the driver was great!!
It was less than two days from pickup of the truck in Texas to delivery of the truck in Southern Illinois. Lots of the other companies that we contacted said it couldn't be done by Christmas or that it would cost extra, and that because the truck was "Lifted" it would cost an additional $25.00 per lifted inch. Not so with Evergreen. We were quoted the price of $826 on day one and that was the price at the end. No extras tacked on for "lift" or holiday delivery.

If we ever purchase a vehicle out of state again, or know anyone who does, we will tell them to call Evergreen Auto Transport!!
