The local pu driver was very polite... however later than expected by 3 days which was an inconvenience to our friend who was in charge of releasing the vehicle. The delivery driver was the 2nd driver who had to "rescue" the 1st delivery driver after 2 breakdowns. The breakdowns caused almost a 2 week delay in receiving the cadillac. We were expecting to have the cadillac for our vacation and as it turned out we did not have a car available to use due to this delay. The delivery driver was very expert and professional as well as good natured about having to pu extra routes to help his colleague.
