Would not recommend this company to anyone. When the quote changed in less than 24 hours from the time they sent it by $100, that should have been my clue to look elsewhere. Once I paid the deposit, things really went downhill. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! They gave me a pickup day and time which was a whole day late.(this can be expected, but at least communicate this)! They shouldn't offer a rebate if they really have no plans on giving it to you. Samatha told me they requested a five star rating in order to recieve my rebate and I told her that I wasn't going to lie. I can't go step by step how horrible this company is, but if you find being given the run around fun, then this is your company.

Monica shame on you. You know the $100 difference is the $100 rebate you have coming. Shame on you Monica Samantha read the rebate form to you. You know you do NOT have to leave a 5 star reveiw to get your rebate. Our outstanding record speaks for itself.
