Once the price range was determined, all further discussions were for an enclosed transport, but once the truck arrived it was an open transport. Honest mistake, but it caused my delivery to ultimately be nearly 10 days after the desired date once a new carrier was found. I would have gone with another broker if I'd known. Ended up having to rent a vehicle out of pocket on this end because of their mistake. They were very compassionate and honest about the mistake, but what I need was a car. Trying to arrange new transport at Christmas time was impossible, so I had to stay with them.
