I had the nightmare from hell trying to get our catering truck to Hawaii from Reno, but I would like to thank Katie for all of her efforts in making this happen!! She really went above and beyond to accomodate my needs and communicating with me so I knew exactly what was going on at all times!! If I was to be responsible for this kind of transaction in the future (Which I pray I don't) I would request to have Katie assist me in that transaction!! I would like to thank her for her great customer service which is rare these days in making this much easier than it could of been with the typical Joe!! Good job Katie!! And keep it up!!
