Since this is a review of the broker, I have given good scores. Stacy and Katie have been very helpful. The contracted carrier used was a disaster. My tire was damaged and the driver plugged it (on the sidewall, which is illegal), and wouldn't deliver the vehicle during daylight hours. Evergreen has been working with me to get the transport company to pay for the damage, but they now have a disconnected number. I have been assured that Evergreen will take care of me regardless, and I believe them. Cocan, out of the Los Angeles area, is the transport company. Avoid them at all costs. They not only punctured my tire, but let me drive away with my two small children in the vehicle. I am pursuing a criminal complaint against them, and have kept the tire. Sorry for the rant, but their practices are beyond bad business. I WOULD use Evergreen again though.
