Ray from Exact Transport helped me find transportation in the states for two vehicles I purchased overseas. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and importing, so I was very nervous about the whole process. Ray worked with me every step of the way. He is an educated logistics professional and he can do it all. We ran in to continuous problems when it came to pick these vehicles up at the port. It all had to do with my vehicles being released by customs and I’m sure that most shippers would have left me to figure that out on my own. But ray took complete control of the situation to help get me my vehicles. We were in constant communication and he helped me get everything straight. Then he meant sure to send me his very best driver. I’m sure most shipping companies will do the job they are hired to do, but Exact Transport, especially Ray, went so far above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I have every reason to use only this company for my shipping needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.
