I purchased a new car on-line from a New Jersey dealer. It's a high-end car and I wanted it delivered in the same condition as if I were picking it up from the dealer myself. I worked through a broker (shipyourcarnow), who treated me like a number and left me somewhat in the dark. But that is NOT a reflection on Excellence Auto Carriers. As soon as my car was tendered to EAC, I instantly felt better about the whole situation. Marv contacted me to let me know his plan. He picked up my car within 2 days of gettign the call from the broker! And he took extra, extra good care of my car. He contacted the dealer to arrange the pickup, which went very smoothly, from what I hear. They said Marv was very particular. They could tell he is accustomed to working with high-end cars and demanding clientele. After the pickup, he called me to give me an update. Our drop-off time was agreed to (he offered me quite a bit of flexibility), and he called again when he was getting close. When he arrived, I was quite impressed by the exterior and interior of his rig. My car made the trip in first class! Again, Marv was very particular and careful during unloading and made absolutely certain that I was satisfied before he left. I can't say enough about how happy I was with Marv and Excellence Auto Carriers, and I would definitely use them again.
