Christa, it was a real pleasure to do business with Excellent Auto Transport. The policies and practices of your firm are top-notch in every respect. The level of communication and follow-up service was simply outstanding. Honest service like this is common in the upper-Midwest, so we were not surprised to learn that your values and business ethics are the result of growing-up in Iowa. As you stated, “You can take the girl out of Iowa, but you can’t take the Iowa out of the girl.”

We shipped our old Volkswagen from Minnesota to our daughter Elise in Oregon. From start to finish you kept all your promises and intervened immediately on our behalf when we had a small communication problem with the truck driver. The cost was reasonable and we were given many options. Keep up the fantastic service.
