In a bind to try and ship a car to a customer in an undesirable location, I came to TransportReviews.com and found Excellent Auto Transport by searching for the best companies. Being in the car business, word of mouth and reading actual reviews are critical to not only retain clientele, but also add to your clientele.

With one phone call to Bernie, we had a plan set up to try and get a car shipped out in a few days. As I started to panic in the next two days time, I received an email, phone call, and text message all within a few minutes from Bernie asking for her to call me immediately. She had a transporter lined up to pick up the vehicle the same day that would be delivered to my customer the following day.

I can't say enough about Bernie and enough about the manner in which she conducts her business. She is beyond knowledgeable, incredibly polite, and very hardworking. This is my first experience shipping long distance to a customer, but Bernie has been with me throughout the entire process and it is very nice to know that people still operate as professionally as she has. I will use her for all of my transportation needs in the future!

Together we used some creative moves to get your pickup accepted by a good carrier in good time. It makes my job fun to work with people like you that have such an overall good attitude.
