So here's the deal. I've bought & sold many cars in my day. I've never purchased a car over the internet before, nor needed it to be shipped. I was referred to Excellent Auto Transport/Bernie from a mini cooper forum that I am a member of. So did I know Bernie, no. My first contact with her made me feel assured that I was talking to someone who was interested in providing me with a good customer experience. Still, I didn't know her from Adam and this was still a somewhat anonymous exchange.

I made the right decision going with Bernie. What she said/promised was true. She found an honest, reliable driver and my car arrived on time as promised and in one piece. I made the call to Bernie on Wednesday. My car was confirmed to be picked up on Thursday and delivered on Monday by lunch.

Bernie shared the contact info of the driver that took my delivery job. He was another honest, genuine person. Things could have gone completely different. I could still be waiting for my car and or looking for a lawyer.

If you are going to get a car shipped, you'll be making the RIGHT decision if you use Excellent Auto Transport & Bernie.

I want everyone to know that Joe was like this during the entire process of transporting his wonderful Mini Cooper Convertible. And I would like to say right now that I have found Mini Cooper owners kind of like dog lovers or owners of sail boats. I think you know what I mean. They are lovers of life and happy.
