I was bombarded with emails,calls, and even text from brokers looking to work with me. At first I made the mistake of going with one broker who told me that $400 would get my car to Alabama. I went with her of course because she was the cheapest.(nothing less than 500 is going attract a carrier right away btw) A few days later Christa at Excellent auto reached out to me and thankfully she did because she was able to inform me of the listing that my original broker posted my vehicle for, which wasn't the price we had discussed(she posted it for cheaper than expected to keep more money)! I immediately cut ties with the first broker and jumped on board with Excellent Auto because Christa was so bluntly honest about how the industry works. She got on my level and helped me to understand what was going on and made me feel comfortable! Christa Worked extremely hard finding me a carrier. She even took $25 off her broker fee just to add to the amount that I agreed to pay to the carrier! Excellent Auto went over and beyond to get my car to Alabama in a timely manner and on top of that to find the best carrier to deliver my car! If your looking for a honest broker that's more interesting in helping you than taking your money, excellent auto is definitely the company to call!! They've been around for 4 years now and I can definitely see why!!!

It breaks my heart that so many other brokers lie to nice people like you who are simply looking to transport a vehicle, who are certainly not looking to get scammed. I remember the first time we talked when the other broker had you so confused. I am so glad that we were able to give you what you were looking for at the price we agreed, happy to give you honesty and the best carrier to transport.
