I really cannot say enough good things about Christa and Bernie at Excellent Auto Transport. In an industry full of scammers and schemers they were a breath of fresh air. I bought a car off of Ebay from a seller in Miami and needed the car transported to Virginia with no particular timeline/deadline. After talking to several companies that were obviously trying to gouge me I came across Excellent Auto Transport. My first phone call with Christa was a very pleasant experience, and she got right back to me with a very reasonable quote (actually lower than anyone else) which took into account the fact that the car could wait to move (which many of the other brokers did not do). Eventually a trucking company accepted the price, but the seller did not come through with making himself available to load the car. Christa and Bernie just rolled with the punches, and displayed an extraordinary amount of patience while having to go through the whole process again. Eventually, another company did accept the price, and the seller came through with making the car available for loading. The contract I was presented was for the exact price that Christa had quoted, and the car was picked up and delivered on the promised dates (everything on time). This is the first time I have ever had to ship a vehicle, and I really don't think the experience could have gone any better. There really is no reason to call anyone else - if you want the job done right the first time for a very fair price, call Christa and Bernie. They know what they are doing and their communication and responsiveness are second to none. In short, they provide good, old-fashioned customer service that is so hard to find nowadays. Thank you so much ladies - you truly are a class act all around!!
