Bernie and Excellent Auto Transport is awesome! This is the second time I have used them. Bernie is very responsive and is always available to iron out any issues that arise at time of pick up, delivery and even when the car is enroute. This is impressive considering that the transport company and truck drivers are independent of the brokers, in this case Bernie/Excellent Auto Transport. Bernie/Excellent also provide the service at a fair price.

The first time the carrier was Your Choice and they were fantastic! The car got picked up on a Monday morning in California and was delivered to up state New York by Friday afternoon! There was no damage to the car or the bike rack. This second time it was a different transport company and it was not good. The pick up was one day late and delivery was two days late and the driver was unprofessional in his communication. He did make up for it by picking up from home and delivering it at home (instead of nearby place easier for trucks). However the bike rack was damaged and rendered unusable during the transport and I had to buy a new one.

As I said, how the trucking company and drivers conduct themselves is out of control of Bernie/Excellent. The important thing is how Bernie supports you during the process. I would absolutely use Bernie again.
