Transporting a car is like swimming with sharks, you put out one quote to a company and start getting calls from transporters and brokers and they don't stop. Bernie called (at a reasonable hour!) she explained EVERYTHING to me, how the whole process works. She did not telll me all the negative things I was going to hear from other "brokers" and "transporters". I had so many calls that said don't use a broker they are going to lowball you and charge you more when the truck arrives. But, I did use a broker, Excellent Auto Transport and they did an outstanding job for me with no extra charges.. Excellent did not have the the lowest price, they were in the middle of all the quotes i received. The first truck lined up for me had a transmission problem and I freaked and thought Oh no, I'm screwed. I called Bernie and she had a truck over in 2 hours to pick up the car I was shipping. So my car was picked up and delivered on time. I will use Excellent Auto Transport again. This is an honest company and they are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
