This was the first time I have had to use this service and as a first time customer I was very nervous about shipping my car. However, I was very impressed by the service, promptness, and overall care that was taken of my vehicle from New York to Florida. I would highly reccommend Exceptional Auto Transport they were reasonably priced and very professional. I dealt directly with Rob and was very grateful for his knowledge, professionalism, and patience when dealing with my nervousness and extensive questioning about the process, he left me with peace of mind that my car would be safe and secure for the shipment. My car arrived on time and in the same condition I left it in. I look forward to using this company again in the future.
