Thank you Exceptional Auto for all you do!! I've never had a vehicle shipped before so I was so nervous in blindly trusting one company to ship my car from Atlanta, GA to San Pedro, CA. But after speaking with Ms. Chantal Vaccaro just a few times I realized how sincere and genuine they were. They really seemed to care and want to help me!

In the beginning of February 2013 I had contacted Exceptional Auto just looking to get a quote. My car was in the shop at the time having some repair work done after an accident. I wasn't sure when it would be ready but wanted to be prepared to have it shipped by the time it was done. They quoted me an awesome price for such a long haul! I explained my situation and that I was unsure of an exact date for pickup at that time but was reassured that it wasn't a problem. They would do whatever they could to help. I spoke with Chantal on a regular basis. She called me just to check in on the car. And I called her to give any kind of progress I knew had come up. My car took almost 2 MONTHS in the shop!! ..Ridiculous.. But they stuck by me the whole time! We just kept pushing out the pick up dates a little further at a time due to this mechanic dragging his feet and after a few minor complications my car was ready to go! I called her that day and they were able to pick up my car that very same day within just a couple of hours!!

I couldn't be happier! They are so very knowledgeable and very professional, but create such relationship with their clients that lets you know that your vehicle is most definitely in good hands. Thank you again Chantal and all of you at Exceptional Auto Transport! You've made me a very happy girl!
