Boca Transport was horrible. I paid them my money and they comitted to pick up my vehicle on a Saturday. After I heard nothing from them and didnt receive my car on Monday, I called them. They admitted they made a mistake and set up for pickup that Monday for delivery on Wed. I never received the car on Wed, so I had to call them again. They said it wasnt even in the system. So, they promised to pick up on Wed and ship my car by Friday. NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN! Then the 4th person I talked to said they would pick it up on Saturday. I FINALLY received a confirmation email, but then the driver called me and said BOCA cancelled my pickup. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, INCOMPETANT, UNPROFESSIONAL, and now they are not giving me my $100 deposit back. I dealt with 4 gentlemen, Tavon, Anderson, Brandon and Scott, neither of them held up their end of the bargain.
So, here swoops in Exceptional Auto Transportation - specifically Jason. He was noticing my car was on the wire for a long time and just called out of courtesy knowing that it must be miserable for me trying to get my car. What a great customer service tactic! He worked with me to find some options, set me up with a delivery guy, and DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME TO GET IT SHIPPED!!!! He simply told me to pay the driver the entire amount, he just cared that I got my car and didnt have to go through this any more.
If you want a car delivered, PLEASE USE EXCEPTIONAL AUTO TRANSPORT. They were unbelievable in their service, their care, and they worried more about the customer than themselves. BOCA is a rip off and a joke, no one will communicate with you or provide any service they are promoting. I cant see them being in business for very long. I will recommend Exceptional Auto Transport to ANYONE needing to ship a car!
