I was promised that my Car would be picked up no later than January 10th 2013, & only 1 driver will be dealing with my car, but it didnt get picked up till January 14th 2013. My car sat at the terminal in New Jersey which i didnt know about for 17 days; I called within those 17 days and i was told my car was on its way to me but it was a lie, and they decided to raise the price $300 more. January 28th i found out my car is at a terminal in New Jersey still since it was first picked up. I than asked them to cancel my order & return my car back to me in New York and I no longer need their service. On February 5th I finally get a call stating my car is in California. I was pissed off. On february 9th I finally get my car back but in California and it was damaged with scratches on it but the worse part was when i look inside the car and it was vandalized. Someone ransacked the entire car and stole mostly everything inside of it. Estimate cost of theft is $1,400.00. I feel so violated and the only person I would do business with at Exceptional is Jason. He was the only person to help me but because of the negligence of the company. and the fact that they choose; Dependable Auto Shippers to deliver my car; I refuse to do business again with them. Horrible experience.
