I contacted Exceptional Auto for a quote and received a prompt call from Lou on Tuesday and had Bulldog Transport scheduled for pick up Thursday morning. They were on time and prompt with delivery. Lou came through in a pinch after I had been dealing with another company who couldn't seem to come through with anything but excuses. When the driver Larry arrived, he was very courteous, friendly and kind. Lou helped make this portion of my moving experience a good one!! I also called Lou to see if he had another mover he could recommend for furniture delivery. He called me back right away to discuss this with me......THIS is what Customer Service is about.
