Our first broker/carrier was Exceptional Auto. Kelly was nice when I first spoke with her, but things fell apart after a week. Calls, emails, etc went UNANSWERED despite numerous attempts.
Initially, Kelly promised that the car would arrive in California by July 1. When I called on the 2nd to tell her it hadn't even been picked up yet, she apologized and said she would solve it. I never heard from her again. I tried her line, the dispatch line, the customer service line, and NO ONE would answer or call me back. I emailed asking them to remove the listing from the board. They never did.
I reached out to a few other companies in desperation. Damien from AUTO TRANSPORT LOGISTICS was the ONLY one who called me AFTER talking to an actual driver. Even when the schedule changed, he had a driver on the line ready to take the car on MY SCHEDULE. Everyone else was a wait-and-see approach, but Damien was PROACTIVE and took care of us. I HIGHLY recommend them.
Before this I had no idea how shady these transport companies can be, STAY AWAY FROM EXCEPTIONAL AUTO!!! If they can't do your move, they will keep your listing up and prevent other companies from taking their spot!!!
