This was my first time ever shipping a car. Lou explained the process and answered everyone of my questions. Exceptional Auto Transport wasn't the cheapest but I had the most confidence in their proposal and ability to deliver. They did not disappoint. I talked with my driver everyday during the transportation of my vehicle and knew his progress over the entire 3 days.
