I would not recommend this company to anyone. Kelly told me so many lies. Kelly quoted me a higher price than others, I agreed to it because she told me I was reserving the 5th space on THEIR 5 car carrier and guaranteed me this spot and a definite pick up and delivery date. She said other transporters offer a lower price because they put your spot out for bid and you never know when they will pick up. So, I gave them a deposit and then the lies began. 1) Driver is 40 miles away, he will be there soon. 2) Driver is not answering phone. 3) Driver is picking up vehicle across town, you are next. 4) Driver is not answering phone again. 5) Other vehicle the driver was supposed to pick up is not ready, he will get it first thing in the morning and then get yours. Next day lies: 1) Driver not answering phone. 2) Driver got in a wreck. 3) We will dispatch another driver. 4) Driver is almost there. 5) Driver has arrived, waiting for him to fax insurance info. 6) Still waiting for insurance. 7) Driver is in Wilmington, headed to Dover next. What???? I thought he was there already. So lies go on and on and on. The next day more lies. I finally told them,"I don't think you have any intention of picking up my car. I think you are a scam. I want my deposit back." You can imagine my surprise when a guy named Rick calls me and tells me he will refund my money. I should have researched this company more. If I had read the reviews on this site first, I would have never used exceptional auto. BUYER BEWARE. At least they gave me my deposit back.
