I asked for a quote on the internet and Exceptional was the first to respond. Jerri told me of the things I should look for in a transport company and gave me a quote. After receiving several other offers, I decided to go with Exceptional because she was so straight forward. The next day she gave me the contract and I filled it out electronically. The contract was very simple no legalese but straight forward. I signed it and within two hours, I received a call from Amber Trucking stating they would pick the vehicle up the next day at x hour. The driver called several time letting us know where he was. He arrived on time, took the vehicle and we were done with him in 10 minutes. He transported the vehicle across the country and delivered it on time. The whole thing was truly a wonderful experience thanks to Jerri at Exceptional Auto Transport.
