Company quoted me $750 for transport in mid March. A deposit of $150.00 was collected immediately. Although they called me and left messages for two months saying they were "working on it", they never arranged transport. By June, they agreed to refund my deposit within 3 days, but they did not and I'm still waiting. They stopped returning my phone calls. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. You should never pay a deposit up front. Reputable companies only take deposit after transport is confirmed. I learned the hard way.
