Stay Away from this company!!!! They are fast to take your deposit before they do anything for you most companies do not charge you anything until your vehicle is picked up!!! After this company took my 250.00 deposit which I found out later that this amount was way high for a deposit I never heard anything from them and when I finally got ahold of Carlos he kept calling me by the wrong name. Anywayall they kept saying was dispatch was working on the order and they would call me back after waiting for a call back that never happened and I called them back it was the same thing that dispatch was working on it... Finally after 12 days when I called them to get some information it was the same excuse about dispatch finally I told them if they could not provide service I would cancel with them and Carlos was quick to inform me if I did that I would not give me my deposit back...Even though they did nothing for me Nothing and could still not inform me with any information on getting my vehicle moved.... So I was forced to cancel service and had to call American Express to dispute the charges and I found a real reputable company to get my vehicle shipped IF YOU GET ANYTHING OUT OF THIS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and go with one that does not charge you no MONEY up front and you will thank me!!! I would not wish the experience I had with this company on my worst enemy!!!!Also don't fall for there scam of quoting. You a price then telling you for an additional fee they will guarantee to have your vehicle picked up on a certian date!!
