Hi Anthony. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Michelle. I know I took over your order a few days after this review was posted, and we did find a carrier to have your car shipped, which was completed successfully. It doesn't excuse the behavior of my employee, though.
I was unaware of this review until recently, and somehow it slipped under my radar. I would have responded to it sooner. But I'd like everyone reading this to know I had several problems with Michelle after this order, and she has been fired and no longer works for my company.
