Dealing directly with the owner-operator is a big plus; quote and pick-up/delivery window information was received withing 24 hours of initial inquiry. Pick-up was at a private residence and "seller" of vehicle was put into information loop. Exclusive Auto Transport showed up when they said they would; seller also told me that car was very carefully loaded onto trailer. Communication could not have been better; I was kept informed via e-mail and telephone of progress ... and no surprises! Car was picked-up in MI on a Saturday and delivered to me in OK the following Monday. The transport rig was modern, appeared to be well maintained and clean. Highly recommended.
