A very pleasant experience overall. You deal with the principals, they are not a brokerage. John drives the truck and Angela makes the appointments and keeps you informed. Very convenient e-mail transaction and progress notices. No upfront charge (they have your car) - cash on delivery. A little higher than others, but not if you factor in the potential 'hassle factor' if a haul goes bad. Good honest folks - first-rate service. Would use again.
