These are not the actual carriers they are brokers. So they quoted very low price initially just to get the order. When the pick date came close by, they didn't show up. I called them few times they said someone would be there shortly. I called them again, they said the initial quote they gave me was very low and no one is willing to transport the car for that price. They wanted more. I was very upset, just wanted to get the thing done. So I paid about $200 or so more and got it shipped.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS CARRIER AGAIN !!!! They were nice when they got the order but after sales was pathetic.
