I contacted Executive Auto Shippers primarily because of their rating with the Better Business Bureau. I couldn't have been more pleased. I was shipping a vintage 1971 VW Karmann Ghia convertible from Washington state to Georgia. Laurie took the time to explain their process and let me know exactly what I could expect from beginning to end. The initial quote she gave was about $250 higher than other competitive quotes I had received. They were at $1750 vs. about $1500. I still wanted to use them due to the good vibe I had gotten and general professionalism of Laurie over the phone, so I asked them if they would be willing to match the quote. She said it may be a little more difficult to find a driver for the rate I was asking but they would do their best. Sure enough, within about 3 days, they had located a driver. This was a Thursday. By the following Tuesday, the driver had already contacted me to arrange a delivery time. It ended up taking only a week all the way across the country in an enclosed carrier. Laurie kept me informed the whole time. They answer both the phone and emails promptly and I would recommend them to anyone seeking to transport a vehicle.
