Just a quick Follow up on my posted review.. I spoke with Jose at Exotic and he was very professional and wanted to discuss the issues I had with the transport of my vehicle..

Jose definetely represented the company is a very professional way and was genuinely concerned about any issues I had with the service. He apologized for any bad information I received in regard to transport time of the vehicle and explained the situation to me that someone obviously made a mistake with the information they passed on to me which set my expectations for a delivery date much sooner than I actually received the car..

The car was handled carefully and it did arrive in the condition it was sent in so there was no damage attributed to the delivery of the car from exotic ..

Jose was sincerely concerned about my experience and I told him that I would add a follow up to the review I left so people could make the judgment based on the service and not based on incorrect information that set my expectations in a different manner..

I would certainly not be again using exotic in the future but please ask them to be sure of the info and if you have any problems contact Jose directly, he seems like a genuine guy thats concerned with the image of the company and he is certainly professional in his duties..
