Car had DENTS in it that were not there when picked up. I was smart enough to document thoroughly both at pickup and drop off. Driver was rude and threatening when I wanted to document damage on car upon receipt of vehicle from him. Because of documentation Patricia finally sent out payment for damage (which took a lot of time and effort on my part).
ABSOLUTELY make sure you document any damage to your vehicle before you accept it from driver. If the driver refuses (as in my case) to let you document damage on paperwork, call the police as you would in any other accident. YOU MUST GET DAMAGE DOCUMENTED BEFORE TAKING POSSESSION OF CAR FROM CARRIER.
