The order ID I provided is actually the quote ID that I got from Worry Free Transport. I had actually signed up with Worry Free Transport and they used Exotic Carriers to do the transport for me. The driver told me that the delivery would take about a week. Well it was more than a week. It was picked up on August 28th and finally got here on September 15th (when it should've been here by September 4th.) I'm guessing they did not care about their client because my car was just a Honda Civic. I called a few times after September 9th asking where my car was but only got "we don't know," "not sure," answers.

When they called to say that they were going to drop off the car on the 14th, they refused credit payment and said that I was already told to have cash/check ready. I was not told that at all. Worse yet, the person calling, Mike, threatened to charge me with storage fees if I did not pay on that day. He had called at around 6PM when the bank closed. Luckily I argued out of it and paid with check the next day.

I will never use them again. Terrible service.
