I made the mistake with going with another carrier, at first, whom I won't mention. Big mistake, they scammed me out of 100 bucks and tons of headache. I explained my situation to Claudia at Expedia. I was still a little nervous because I had already been burned by the other company. She assured me that they are honest hardworking folks. The first phone call it felt right. I gave them all my information and the rest was like clockwork. Car was picked up exactly when it was scheduled. The truck driver, himself, even called me the same day as my reservation as placed and very kindly explained how the process works. He kept in constant communication the entire ride down from NY to TX. He even arrived early and I told him I won't be available until the next morning. He said, no problem and came back early the next morning. What service! In summary, don't waste your time with any other company. Expedia the only company worth using. Thanks Claudia for all your help!
