I felt the driver took very good care of my Navigator. He called ahead of time to let us know when he would be ariving. He arived on time. He called to say he would be a day early and asked if it would it be ok to drop the Navigator of early. We told him that would be fine. I plan to use the service again next year. It is the only way to go if you want your own car in Flordia and don't want to drive it 1500 miles to get it there.
