I contacted express auto movers on Nov 19 to move a truck from n.y. to wash. I was told that they could get a truck there within two weeks to pick up. I was very patient with them during this time, Frank said not to worry, he had upped the amount to the driver. ( I later found out that this did not happen.) I was hoping to get it here to Washington before Christmas. After two weeks I started to get nervous, calling Frank about every other day to check on the progress of the transport. Many times I called and Frank was out, I asked that they return the call. Never once did I receive a return phone call after leaving a message with the receptionist 6 times. After 28 days I spoke to Frank for the last time and he asked for 24 hours. Since than I have tried to phone 14 times and only get a recording asking that I leave a message and someone will get back to me. Right!!! After 37 days the truck is still in New York and I have had to contact my credit card company to resolve the matter of a refund because Express will not return my phone calls to resolve the matter with me. Stay away from this company if you can, if not I pity you greatly.
