I would definitely use these transporters again. Had a 1997 BMW 540i shipped from Cleveland to San Diego in May '05 and it got here on time and in great condition. The women phone operators were very nice and the truck driver was a great guy.

My only complaint was that they never called me 24 hours in advance to let me know that the car was going to be here. The driver called me 40 minutes from my house. Luckily I was around and not out of town. Otherwise, I am not sure what I would have done.

I have tried to use them again, but they did not service the area that I was looking for. I will use them again if I ever pick up a car in their service area. Thanks for a positive experience!
