I purchased a vehicle on Ebay and seen that they perfer Express Auto Transport as the delivery company. I was assured that from Texas to just outside of Kansas City Missouri would take less than 7 days. Well the day after placing the order they had dispatched a driver and then the order was cancelled by the driver, claiming he couldn't make any money transporting the vehicle. Well the compnay and the dirver knew the distance and money involved. I have called and left 5 messages just to get a reply of "We're sorry this is taking alittle longer than it should, hopefuly we will have it picked up by the end of the week." 12 days after the ready date (the end of that week) the subcontracted Carrier picked up the truck, they were excellent, kept me informed of when they picked up the truck and when they planned to drop it off and they were right on time as stated.
I did have a problem with getting return calls from represenative Dee J and other represenatives would not answer my questions, they would quickly send me to Dee J.'s voice mail. However the new Customer Service Manager Lee S. took care of all the problems.
Express Auto Transport has an excellent price for the move and if you read the Frequently asked questions, it does state that it could take up to 2 weeks for pickup and delievery to occur. Overall I am satisfied with the trasport process, my only suggestion would be that Customer Service Represenatives return phone calls in a timely manner.
