Pickup of my truck exceeded expectations - picked up the DAY after order was put in. Tommi was GREAT & VERY helpful when I placed the order & got the paperwork moving IMMEDIATELY !! (ask for her at 800-209-5042 x2033 if you call for a quote - she was GREAT) The process was smooth & professional & I was kept informed every step of the way.(Maria K was my service contact & was very helpfuf also) The delivery was a bit later than stated BUT only because the truck needed some repairs on the way & the weather was REALLY BAD during the week of transport> OVERALL I am VERY satisfied & would not hesitate to use Express Auto Transport again >> Price was fair & the service was GREAT!!
