I was disappointed in the length of time it took from my initial contact to the actual pick up time. I felt it was way too long and had it not been for Craig, I feel I may have waited another 2 weeks for my vehicle to be picked up. He saved the day. The guys that delivered my vehicle were awesome. They had the vehicle to me almost 5 days earlier that I'd been told which helped to make up some of the delay time. Thanks Craig
