I contacted Express after reading reviews on all the review sites I could find, as I was very nervous about shipping my car from my home in NJ to my daughter in San Diego.

Even though there were less expensive bids (cheapest was $750), I went with Express because of the reviews. I also didn't want to spend the extra money ($1500 and up) for an enclosed carrier. Express charged me $995.

When I called, they were very courteous and I spoke to 3 different people in the office, as I would think of new questions to ask and call back. I spoke to the owner, as wel, and then I gave them a tight time constraint, since I would only be able to send the car out between a couple of dates the following week.

Not only did Express find me a carrier within 2 days, but they also found someone who could pick up the car precisely when I needed them to.

The carrier they selected is TLC, out of Florida, and I was very pleased with the entire process. The driver picked up the car and drove it to his staging area, told me when he thought he would get to California. I was able to stay in contact with his office during that week. I was called 48 hours prior to delivery, and again the next day. The driver got to my daughter's area early, and waited an hour for us to arrive.

The car was fine, just had road dirt.

I would recommend Express as a broker and TLC as a carrier without hesitation.
