Regarding job ID# A8041623418 by Express Auto transport, I had to quickly arrange on-line the transport of a motorcycle across the USA for subsequent shipping to my home in Australia. Living in another country meant that contact was only possible by email or phone so I needed an honest, reliable company that would do the job for a reasonable cost. I took a gamble with Express Auto Transport in Cincinnati as they were located in the pickup city and their website contained positive testimonials that sounded real. Once I had obtained a quote on-line email was all I needed to employ as the company kept me fully informed as to the progress of the job. Unprompted, my contact Crystal W, sent emails advising me as each milestone of the job was reached. The time taken for the transport was a few days longer than originally estimated however, this was of no concern to me at all. I just wanted to be sure the bike got there with no damage. $695 for transporting a motorcycle door to door from Cincinnati OH to Pomona CA in 10 days seems a fair price to me especially when accompanied by such excellent customer service.
