I have to say that I would HIGHLY recommend Express Auto Transport for anyone who wants to have their car transported long distance. I had a very bad experience with another company (Nationwide). Nationwide customer service is horrible they were very rude and of no help what so ever. I was moving back to my home state from Massachusetts. I waited days for them (Nationwide) to pickup my car during the time they scheduled. Then on the last day which was also the day I was supposed to fly to back to my home state they pretty much said no one was coming. So basically my flight would be leaving that afternoon and no one to pick up my car for transport. I called Express Auto Transport and they were literally my savior. Tommi the customer service rep was very nice and professional and was very prompt with responding back to me. She gave me a quote and was able to answer any questions I had. And when I left a message she actually called back. Unlike Nationwide in which I would be on hold for almost an hour, they would never call me back and they were not able to answer any of my questions with a direct answer. Tommi from Exress Auto Transport ended up finding a driver that very day to pick up my car. The drivers came within an hour and they were also very nice. I ended up catching my flight and my car was delivered two days later. I was very lucky and I'm very appreciative of the people at Express Auto Transport. They are very professional, nice and reasonably priced. I would definetly recommend them to anyone in need of car transport.
