Tonia was not the original representative on this car. Courtney was assigned to me and after several days I opted to ask another rep to help me on this car while she was negotiating a truck for another car I was having transported. When she found out I had been waiting several days Tonia jumped into action and got the ball rolling for me. I believe she must have then recruited Rob to help her out and between the two of them I had my car on the road the next day. They were both professional and tried their utmost to understand my position and help resolve the situation as though I was their only customer. Very pleased with their action, but was not pleased when the truck driver refused to deliver to my house as prearranged.
